The Eastern Regional Service Board has announced they will be rolling out a new access card system at all of their waste recovery facilities in 2025. Residents are encouraged to apply early to obtain their free card before the grace period ends on April 1, 2025. The new cards will be scanned at ERSB facility gates and will permit cardholders up to 16 visits per calendar year, in keeping with the current policy.
